Our fresh, untoasted French oak chips, matured for 36 months in the open air, are perfectly suited for application from harvest through aging. In pre-fermentation, they provide effective protection against oxidation while preserving the grape's primary aromas. During aging, they add structure, enhance wine stability, and improve texture, all while respecting the aromatic balance. They promote the harmonious integration of tannins, contributing to complexity and length on the palate.

Particularly effective for challenging harvests, it protects against oxidation and enhances complexity. Available in powder form, it is Codex-certified and approved for organic use by Ecocert (EU and NOP).
