Made from carefully selected oak, naturally matured for 36 months, they release complex and balanced aromas in just 4 to 6 weeks. Used at a dosage of 2 to 4 staves per hectolitre (26.4 US gal), they ensure a harmonious integration of tannins while preserving the fruit profile of the wine.
