EBX BARREL PROTECT is a natural solution that replaces processes using sulfur, ozone, or UV rays for the protection of empty barrels. Classified as a maintenance product, it rinses off easily before refilling the barrel, leaving no trace. It also offers the option of filling without rinsing, in which case it becomes an oenological product, although not CODEX-compliant. Product usable in organic farming — EU (Regulation (EU) 2018/848) & NOP (USDA). It provides reliable protection against the proliferation of bacteria and yeasts, and is simple to use, with no preservatives or additives.
Available in two sizes: equivalent to 30 barrels or 150 barrels (to be used in a single application).
